"First sit down papa johns I’ve been to. The service was excellent, James and Marvee in particular made us super welcome and looked after us very well. Despite being super popular and busy, everything came quickly and as expected."

"Went twice during our weekend in Butlins. The first visit was for a breakfast buffet at around 9am. Felt a bit limited for vegetarians, fruits were almost gone and never refilled when there, no yogurt left and pankaces had no toppings options apart from jam. No honey or chocolate ect. Had decent type English breakfast options and were told by my other half that was OK ish. Would not repeat for breakfast Second visit was the same day for dinner, was pretty busy. Had different pizzas in different sizes and were very pleased with our choices. Yummy . Service was great by young and friendly staff. The atmosphere felt a bit basic but clean."

"Had a great dinner tonight, the food was amazing and fresh, best pizza I've had in a long time. Service was brilliant especially Amy she looked after us so well and was especially good with my daughter who has autism and is usually mute with strangers but Amy made her feel so at ease that my daughter ordered her own food which very rarely happens. Amy is a credit to the restaurant."

"Staff here are 100% amazing!!. Really focused on customer service and really connect with everyone, making the experience feel much more comfortable. Went with my wife and daughter here for breakfast and dinner. No complaints at all. Food is great and choice of breakfast available is much better than other restaurants. "Our waiter was just perfect No vegan options on buffet - need vegan for allergies. Kids could of eaten for £1 but because of allergies had to pay full price from main menu. This is disappointing"

"One of the best meals we had at butlins and it was a buffet!! Pizza was fresh, not greasy, salad was as expected but still nice. Wish we had this in the first night and not the last as we would have made sure we came back more than once! My girls ate EVERYTHING, pizza and pasta!"

"Warm welcome, waited less than 5 minutes for a table even though restaurant was busy. We had a Dinearound meal plan and Emily explained all the options available to us and was very patient whilst we decided. Service was quick, food was nice; something for everyone. On the whole very pleased. Staff were extremely hard working but nothing was too much trouble"

"Brilliant service. After waiting 50 mins next door in the diner and still not getting food. We arrived and were in a bit of a rush has our son is type 1 and has to eat promptly. We was already hypo at this point and needed to eat quickly. We were sat quickly and orders taken for the buffet and drinks. We were able to get food within minutes for our son and our selfes. The gent was so kind and helpful. Drinks came within minutes and they were so thoughtful to check on us. They were super busy, but he did all he could to help us. Food was wonderful, hot and delicious Very clean . Service brilliant . Thank you."
